
INDEED FUTUREWORKS 2022 | NEW YORK CITY
Our team was hired to design a new brand identity and event experience for the 2022 Indeed Futureworks event held at the Javits Center in New York City. Bringing together over 1,000 global talent acquisition leaders for an in-person experience—and connecting with more than 50,000 virtual attendees worldwide. The event featured a compelling blend of industry thought leaders, innovators, and high-profile speakers, creating a one-of-a-kind hybrid experience that bridged insight, inspiration, and impact.
The concept behind FutureWorks 2022 was designed as a bold reimagining of the hiring landscape—centered around the future of work and how technology, empathy, and inclusion are reshaping talent acquisition. Hosted at NYC’s Javits Center and broadcast globally, the event united over 1,000 in-person talent leaders and 50,000+ virtual participants for a hybrid experience that blended thought leadership, tech innovation, and cultural conversation.
The flowing motif served as a unifying visual thread across every touchpoint—woven into the spatial design, branded merchandise, retail displays, attendee credentials, signage, digital out-of-home, event website, keynote presentations, and showtime video content. This cohesive system ensured a seamless brand experience across both physical and digital platforms.
